Buyer? Open the secure buyer link sent by the seller. You usually do not need an account.

Account creation is for sellers, agents and team members managing transfers. Buyer links still open directly. Buyer sign-in is optional and only needed if a buyer wants to claim and track the transfer later. This tool uses the Khamango Tools Platform Terms and Conditions.

Seller or agent creates the transfer and completes the seller section.

Seller sends the secure buyer link; buyer fills their section without needing an account.

Both parties review, then download the Word form or send to DocuSign for witnessed signing.

The dashboard shows the current status, including buyer opened, buyer started, ready to sign, sent to DocuSign and completed.
Sellers

Use a login to create transfers, manage several matters at once, reopen work, and return to the seller page where the buyer link is shown.

Buyers

Use the secure link from the seller to complete your section without creating an account. Sign in only if you want to track it later.

Support

Khamango can monitor stuck transfers, DocuSign issues and customer mistakes without seeing private signing-link tokens in alert emails.
